Desired Skills & Experience
- University degree in ticketing or tourism
- 3 - 5 years' experience in the field
- Good computer and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of traveling software
- Strong customer and sales focus
- Knowledge of applicable laws, codes, and regulations
- Demonstrate through knowledge of domestic, trans-border and international travel destination
- Fluent in Arabic, English and French, Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
