Provide information, advice and booking services for regular customer planning to travel and prepare packages (hotels, tours, insurance, car rental etc) that suits their requirements.

Desired Skills & Experience

  •  University degree in ticketing or tourism
  •  5 years' experience in the field
  •  Good computer and communication skills
  •  Excellent knowledge of traveling software
  •  Strong customer and sales focus
  •  Knowledge of applicable laws, codes, and regulations
  •  Demonstrate through knowledge of domestic, trans-border and international travel destination
  •  Fluent in Arabic, English and French, Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
